Phil Raacke

Phil started San Marino Security Systems after retiring from the San Marino Police Department in 1987. His goal was to pursue his passion of safety and service. He is dedicated to providing the best Residential and Commercial security and customer service in the security industry.

Kylie Raacke-Fisher Vice President

Kylie Raacke

Kylie is Phil’s youngest daughter and will take over the company upon Phil’s retirement. Kylie has a passion to keep SMSS a family owned and operated company. Kylie is dedicated to maintaining the quality and service our clients have experienced for the past 30 years.

Julio Melendez Chief Technology Officer

Julio Melendez

Julio has been with San Marino Security since day one. Julio and Phil began by installing systems themselves. Today, Julio is our Chief Technology Officer and a critical member of the SMSS team.

Eric is a seasoned professional in the alarm industry. He has been in the industry for 23 years from managing central stations to our IT and Tech Support manager.
